This summer Fairfax County Park Authority is sponsoring the Discovery Trail Map program  where this summer there are 12 sites in Fairfax County.  Turner Farm Observatory Park is one of those sites this summer.  FCPA invites people to visit at least eight of the sites to learn about transportation and the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11.

You may "earn" a sticker by attending one of the eight FCPA ParkTakes astronomy seminars offered at Turner Farm Observatory Park or attend free public sky viewing on clear Friday nights at Turner Farm's Roll-Top Observatory.  These events are hosted by Analemma Society volunteers and several other organizations.  Volunteers presenting the programs will distribute DTM stickers to those who request them.

Participate in the Discovery Trail Map program and learn about the mysteries of the universe through ParkTakes seminars and observe celestial wonders, our moon and planets on clear Friday nights.
